This October, we will have a special Missions Emphasis each Sunday as we turn our hearts toward the greatest responsibility God has given us: proclaiming Jesus Christ to the world.

There is a world that needs to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. People everywhere need to know that Jesus saves, that Jesus forgives, and that Jesus is the only hope for eternity.

Missions is more than supporting a missionary—it is about proclaiming Christ.
It is about taking the message of salvation across the street, across our community, and across the world.

“That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.”
— Psalm 67:2

Throughout October, let’s pray for those who are proclaiming Christ, give so the Gospel can go farther, and ask God to use each of us to proclaim Christ wherever He has placed us.
